Made with almost equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grapes makes this wine truly exceptional. The Pinot’s provide a cherry-like red fruit flavour, and the Chardonnay brings in a peach/nectarine character profile that results in a truly scrumptious glass of wine. (Summer fruit pie anyone?!) To truly bring this Rosé into the realm of ‘wonders’ is the cool fermentation this wine underwent in our large 500 L ceramic containers. This ‘Earth’ fermentation brings a pristine freshness to the wine, but also imparts a generous texture to the mouthfeel. We call these wines our “Earth Series” denoting the subtle but important contributions imparted by these stoneware ceramic vessels.
