A classic Pinot Noir.  Well-balanced acidity, lightly oaked and dry.  Our Estate Pinot Noir is deeply coloured and complex on the palate, with subtle fruitiness of ripe blackberry and raspberry combined with typical Pinot Noir earthy notes and soothing caramel from the oak.  The tannins have smoothed to silkiness.  Medium bodied. A delight to drink now and can also benefit from ageing another six months to three years. Pinot Noir is regaled for its flexibility in food pairings, and excels both as a companion at a festive meal, and as a sipper with charcuterie. This bottle was closed using a technical cork of the highest quality.
