AVAILABLE IN QUANTITIES OF 2 - Taxes Included This wine, deeply textured yet elegant and bright, combines the richness of the fabulous 2020 growing season with the stylish precision that defines some of the finest Cabernet Franc-dominant red blends. The nose first expresses the enticingly mint-tinged signature of classic Cabernet Franc but quickly broadens from notes of red fruit to more expansive layers of dark fruit and hints of cocoa. Plush on the palate with rounded tannins enlivened with a charming freshness, this complex red displays what can be achieved with the careful blending of diverse vineyard sites and complementary grape varieties  - -  the mineral linearity of the Twenty Mile Bench, the breadth of Creek Shores and the weight of Four Mile Creek; the resplendent brilliance of Cabernet Franc and the velvet warmth of a dollop of Merlot. With the generous ripeness of the great 2020 vintage, the result is sheer harmony. Intended to improve with age until at least 2027 and may be cellared until 2030.
