The first Sparkling wine produced at Colchester Ridge Estate Winery is sure to please. Our new retail facility beckoned for something fresh, new and exciting: 2019 Isle of View Sparkling Wine. Lightly pressed, our Riesling creates a balanced blend of acidity and subtle sweetness, while avoiding undesirable phenolics, tannin or astringency. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks under a watchful eye, temperature control and honed palate to ensure an end product fit for any celebration. With the use of the Charmat Method to enhance mouthfeel and texture, the end result is truly spectacular. The 2019 Isle of View Sparkling Wine is vibrant and crisp made with 100% Riesling grapes that features an aroma of green apple, pear while accompanied with citrus flavours, rounding out with a refreshing mineral finish. Pair with brunch, salty snacks, charcuterie and jubilation!
