Made from only our best estate-grown grapes, it is barrel fermented and aged in French Oak for 12 months, where the wine undergoes battonage. This stirring of the lees contributes a full, creamy & complex mouthfeel & texture. With a nose that highlights lemon curd, apple pie and a subtle touch of oak, this lemon hued Chardonnay features a hint of spice, buttered toast & a touch of acidity.
