A well balanced, light bodied wine with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, tobacco, black pepper, vanilla and toasty oak on the palate. Fresh, smooth and silky. Best serving temperature: 16° to 19°C
After fermentation in small stainless steel bins with daily pigéage and malo-lactic fermentation, the wines were pressed to oak barrels. After 14 months maturation in oak, a 11 barrel blend was created using 9 American oak barrels and 2 French oak and bottled.
