The 2016 Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied red which has undergone minimum oak integration to emphasize the fresh young taste.  The nose has lots of raspberries, followed by fresh hay and young berries on the palate. It pairs well with pork, goat cheese, and roasted peppers.
