The 2015 Quarry Road Spark was produced exclusively from organic estate grown Chardonnay. The Chardonnay block was planted on limestone and clay soils in 2010, and produces distinctive wines with unique minerality. This Traditional Method Sparkling was aged for 7 years on secondary fermentation lees, and offers notes of peach cobbler, buttercream and a hint of birch.
