Nestled in the picturesque Beaver Valley overlooking Georgian Bay, Georgian hills Vineyards focuses on growing cold-hardy grape varieties that flourish within the moderating “lake effect” of Nottawasaga Bay. Our wine- and cidermaker Mark Skinner creates beautiful blends and single-varietal hybrid wines.
