Fielding Estate Winery

Since 2005, our team has been producing outstanding small lot, award-winning wines. From complex bold reds, to aromatic crisp whites and our signature Estate bottled wines are well received.  The Long Weekend Wine Co. brand of phenomenal quality, easy drinking red, white and rose blends joined the portfolio along side our signature craft cider with limited editions made from 100% Niagara fruit blends.

We are located on the Beamsville Bench with a stunning view across the vineyards to Lake Ontario. We take pride in our hospitality and our warm welcome of every Guest to the Wine Lodge. Our team is knowledgeable, passionate and eager to share the different wine expressions based on varietals and appellations (if you are so inclined), or happy to make recommendations. Fielding wines are created to be enjoyed, to be part of your lifestyle and for sharing with family & friends.

Enjoy the breathtaking views at Fielding across the vineyard with a flight, wine or cider by the glass and pair with our seasonal shareables plates.   If  you are looking for an depth wine experience, you can book one of our Seated Guided Tastings.   Take advantage of the bike racks, many seating areas to choose from including indoor fireside seating, deck with specular views of Lake Ontario,  outdoor tented lounge and more.  Friday & Saturdays we are open late in July & August  until 8pm in the Vineyard Lounge with live music.  We are open summer Sunday mornings early at 10am for All-Day Brunch and Yoga in the Vineyard!  Yoga classes are offered each Sunday (June – August) at 10 am.   Bookings can be made  on our website.

In the winter months, Nov – March, our 10 outdoor wine domes are a glorious way to spend an afternoon.    They are exclusive for you and your guests, they are heated, transparent, and comfortably accommodate 4-6 adults.  Our Fielding Wine Experts serve wine, cider and seasonal light bites to your dome.  Our new Shareables & Pairables menu will be offered including classics like charcuterie boards, whipped feta, hummus, Gourmet Grilled Cheese & a seasonal soup.
