At Avling it’s all about the brewery, menu, our farms, and suppliers working as one. They take pride in fostering relationships directly with suppliers who prioritize regenerative production methods and sustainable approaches. Their flavours are an expression of the Canadian landscape, the local community, and the vision of our brewers, farmers, and chefs.
We acknowledge that our wineries and vineyards are on the traditional territories of the Anishinabewaki, the Attiwonderonk, the Haudenosaunee, the Mississauga and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Ojibwe, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi People. As guests of this land, we thank Indigenous Peoples for caring and protecting the lands and waters on which we work and live.
