Together we will drop into our heart centre and move stagnant energy through and out of the body with mindful awareness, movement and breathing, leaving you feeling balanced and blissful.After practice, enjoy a delicious mimosa with sparkling wine while enjoying some time to connect with one another.Next, embark on a beautiful, refreshing winter hike to Cave Spring’s Vineyard Retreat, tucked among the slumbering vines. Get cozy by the fireplace for a mindfulness workshop. We’ll discuss and explore the art of mindfulness through immersive practices and self-reflection. Fully embrace mindful awareness through a tranquil sound bath, embracing the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.
