Join us for our last installment of this season’s wine dinner series as we celebrate the rare and stylistically unique wines from Stratus Vineyards. We will be featuring wines from their library to showcase their quarter-century commitment to excellence. Join James Treadwell and Stratus’ winemaker Dean Stoyka as they take you on a fascinating food and wine journey through the lens of one of Canada’s most celebrated and sustainable producers. A four-course menu, created by Executive Chef Jason Williams, will be presented alongside these wines.
