THE EXPERIENCE

CELLAR WALK THROUGH: Before you are seated we warm your senses with a sample of our Sunset Rose as we walk you through our striking, one-of-a-kind barrel cellar.

WELCOMING SIPS: Begin with the Pillitteri Carretto Series Gewurztraminer Riesling Fusion, a bright, aromatic white wine that awakens your palate. Paired with haloumi grilling cheese—the first sizzling bite of your experience—this duo offers a contrast of salty, creamy texture and floral citrus notes. As you enjoy this opening act, our expert host will guide you through the self-grilling process and equipment.

CASUAL ELEGANCE: Next, grill Wagyu picanha, a tender, flavourful cut served with chimichurri sauce. Paired with the Carretto Series Cabernet Merlot, this phase showcases the richness of umami and the harmony between grilled meats and elegant reds.

THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE: Savour 8 oz of marbled Wagyu sirloin (per 2 guests), sliced thin and grilled to your liking. Paired with the Exclamation Reserve Merlot and Riserva Famiglia Cabernet Franc, this course celebrates bold reds and premium beef. Dipping sauces include soy, garlic-infused beef dipper, and Himalayan salt.
