Celebrate Father’s Day weekend from June 19 to 21, with a spirited Canadian whisky experience for dads and whisky lovers alike. In celebration of the launch of our new Toasted Rye Craftsmanship Whisky, enjoy a feature cocktail menu crafted by Estate Mixologist Alex Archer at the Whisky Bar Patio, plus samples in the Tasting Hall all weekend.

On Friday, June 19th only, join Head Winemaker & Distiller Jason Roller and Blender & Cooper Mark Evangelista in The Wine Garden for a special 30-minute barrel toasting demonstration and exclusive complimentary sampling experience.
