These complimentary virtual sessions will feature top chefs from around the world, who will school participants on the tips and tricks of the trade. Don’t miss these fun and informative live cooking sessions featuring signature seasonal dishes – all paired with local VQA wines.

Ontario Chef Pataran is virtually inviting wine and food enthusiasts to the kitchen at Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia Resort in Italy, where he will take us through a series of recipes – Italian with an Ontario twist – all perfect options to celebrate Ontario Wine Week!
Each course will be paired perfectly with a local Ontario VQA wine style.

Zuppa di Cozze e Vongole | | mussel and clam soup with garlic, white wine, parsley, lemon, saffron and toasted focaccia crostini with caper aïoli
Eggplant Pangrattato | pan-roasted eggplant with pangrattato and Aeolian tomato – caper sauce
Spaghetti ‘Moonlight’ Carbonara | with guanciale, egg, pecorino romano and black pepper
BBQ Pork Tenderloin | with cherry, peach, walnut chutney and fried garden sage
