Trius Presents… Sommelier’s Summer Barrel Cellar Dinner

Join us on select Fridays in July, August and September for a casual Friday dinner in our underground Trius Red Barrel Cellar. You will be welcomed with a glass of our award-winning Trius Brut on arrival to prepare your palate for a delicious meal. You’ll then be seated at a communal table and served a family-style 3-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Frank Dodd and his culinary brigade, along with wine pairings selected by our in-house sommeliers.

Your first two courses will be served in our barrel cellar while dessert will be served reception style outdoors on our back Vineyard Pavilion Patio (weather permitting). Cozy up beside a wood fire and enjoy dessert canapes from Chef Dodd and a coffee station with Wayne Gretzky Canadian Cream Whisky (1oz per person) and Trius Icewine (2oz per person) also selected by our sommeliers.
