VQA PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY
Handcrafted from our Estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this traditional method wine was refermented in the same bottle and then aged sur-lie for three years. This elegant wine shows some biscuity notes on the nose, fine bubbles in the glass, slight tingling sweetness on the tongue and a mouthwatering finish.
Vie en Rouge 2021
TRADITIONAL METHOD SPARKLING
VQA PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY
A rarely seen red sparkler made from Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. This traditional method wine was refermented in the same bottle and then aged sur-lie for three years. The crisp, cranberry-like tartness combined with red bubbles make it a most pleasing and interesting wine.
