Theatre Bacchus, a new professional theatre company, announces its inaugural production of Peter Gordon’s “Murdered to Death”, at London Born Wine Company. Tickets are now on sale for this hilarious comedy. The show takes place at the winery itself and runs from May 1 to May 10.

Theatre Bacchus is launching a series of theatre “pop-ups” at various Niagara wineries and the first “pairing” is at London Born Company, 3749 Walker Rd., Beamsville, ON. “Murdered to Death” is a British comedy in the style of an Agatha Christie murder-mystery. The show runs for six performances: May 1, 2, 8, 9 at 8 pm; and May 3 and 10 at 2 pm. Tickets are $40.

Named after the Roman god of wine and theatre, Theatre Bacchus makes its home in the heart of Niagara’s wine country, and is about marrying local wine/spirits/beer and theatre in a relaxing, hosted environment. Thus, creating a unique theatre-going experience.

At each performance, patrons can purchase glasses of award-winning London Born wine and charcuterie boards. Audience members are also encouraged to come early to enjoy a lovely classical guitar performance in the winery from outstanding guitarist, Karen Agro.
