Escape to the heart of Niagara wine country for an invigorating hiking adventure. Breathe in the fresh air, soak up stunning views and let the stress melt away. Winery founder Len Pennachetti, whose passion for and dedication to our iconic vineyard are palpable, will be your guide for this relaxing journey.

The day commences with our take on the ideal energy drink – a refreshing mimosa! Next, stroll through our sustainably farmed vineyards and surrounding forests, then check out the limestone caves and mineral springs that inspired our name. This moderately challenging hike culminates with a walk up the awe-inspiring cliff of the Niagara Escarpment. From the top, take in spectacular panoramas of the Niagara Peninsula’s western stretches, Lake Ontario and – skies permitting – the Toronto skyline.

Cap off your afternoon at our Vineyard Tasting Room, where we’ll match a flight of Cave Spring wines with a flavourful lunchcatered by our local favourite, Revalee Café.
