Join us for a special Merlot-focused edition of our Back Vintage Experience, created to celebrate one of Niagara’s most expressive and age-worthy red varietals. This guided tasting invites guests to slow down and revisit carefully cellared Merlots that showcase the depth, complexity, and elegance that can develop with time in the bottle.
Hosted by our estate sommelier, the experience offers insight into our vineyard and family history, while exploring how vintage conditions and cellar aging influence structure, flavour, and character. Designed for curious wine lovers and Merlot enthusiasts alike, this intimate tasting offers a thoughtful and engaging way to experience Wine Country Ontario.
