Glow in the Cellar is an intimate dinner set within the historic cellar of Inniskillin — one of Canada’s most celebrated and influential wineries — taking place on the May Long Weekend, when Niagara is at its most vibrant.

Guests begin the evening with a wine tour and intimate tasting and then welcomed with a sparkling Icewine reception.  From there, the experience descends into the candlelit cellar for a beautifully crafted, multi-course dinner. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Inniskillin’s acclaimed vintages and artfully infused with Icewine.

Guided by Inniskillin’s distinguished sommelier, guests are invited to discover which Icewine varietal appears in each dish — and how it has been transformed — creating a playful and immersive culinary journey layered with flavour, surprise, and conversation.

With live music, warm hospitality, and every detail designed to feel generous and unforgettable, Glow in the Cellar is a true celebration of place, craftsmanship, and community.

Proceeds from the evening support patient care, research, and education through the Niagara Health Foundation, making this experience as meaningful as it is memorable.
