Join us for an extraordinary evening of food, wine, and culinary creativity at Peller Estates Winery as part of Niagara Falls Tourism’s Flavours of Niagara. On Saturday, March 1st, at 6pm Chef Randy Feltis and Peller Estates’ Executive Chef Jason Parsons come together for a one-of-a-kind dining event inspired by Chef Randy’s wife, Katherine Feltis of Katherine Wants.
Katherine has selected four of her favorite dishes, and Chefs Randy and Jason will each put their own unique spin on two courses. This four-course tasting menu will be expertly paired with Peller Estates wines, making for an unforgettable experience.
Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a sparkling wine reception and a chance to mix and mingle with the chefs and Katherine before sitting down to enjoy your meal. Both chefs will speak to their dishes as they present their versions of what Katherine Wants.
