Pairing Bite one: Chef Steve’s Esquites (Mexican street corn salad) & Unoaked Chardonnay
Start with a vibrant Cowboy Caviar—a fresh, zesty blend of black beans, corn, and fresh herbs, perfectly complemented by the crisp, refreshing acidity of Kacaba’s Unoaked Chardonnay.

Pairing Bite two: Blackcurrant-Glazed Ribs & Syrah
Next, dive into tender, slow-roasted boneless ribs, slathered in a sweet and sticky blackberry glaze. This savory-sweet masterpiece is matched with Kacaba’s award-winning Syrah, offering bold notes of dark fruit, black pepper, and smoky spice to complement the rich, succulent meat.

Pairing Bite three: Red Wine Chocolate Mousse & Cabernet Sauvignon
