Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in your favourite restaurant? This is your chance to get a sneak a peek into Executive Chef Jason Parsons’ winery restaurant and enjoy an incredible dinner!
The experience begins with a sparkling wine reception in the kitchen with Chef Parsons and his culinary brigade. You’ll see them in action and learn a few tips and tricks you can try at home. In the restaurant dining room, you’ll savour a 4-course menu with perfect wine pairings from our award-winning VQA wine list. Throughout the evening the culinary team will come out to present each course and share their passion and inspiration behind their dish. The night will conclude with a gift from the kitchen team as a keepsake of the evening.
