Join Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team for an Exclusive Pairing Experience “In Love with All That Sparkles!” dinner. Celebrate your love for Sparkling Wine with us! A showcase of the traditional varietals of Champagne, along with our traditional method Ice Cuvée and other sparkling wine from our Andrew Peller portfolio. Paired with a five-courses complementing culinary event.
The dinner will be hosted in our Private Dining Room. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Peller Estates Signature Series Ice Cuvée. You’ll be seated at a communal table and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with delicious wine pairings. Our chefs will introduce each course and a wine expert from our restaurant team will introduce each pairing.
