Join Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team for an Exclusive Pairing Experience “Celebration of Niagara Orchard Fruit” dinner. Harvest has begun in the Niagara orchards! Let’s celebrate with a five-course culinary experience showcasing Niagara’s legendary orchard fruit, paired with wines from our Andrew Peller portfolio.
The dinner will be hosted in our Private Dining Room. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Peller Estates Signature Series Ice Cuvée. You’ll be seated at a communal table and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with delicious wine pairings. Our chefs will introduce each course and a wine expert from our restaurant team will introduce each pairing.
