This summer, and beyond, Stratus is celebrating global foods in our local landscape, hosted by Food Writer, Tara O’Brady. You’re invited to explore how international flavours pair with new and classic wine styles – a tasty testament to Stratus’ belief in The Future of Traditions.

Join Stratus in partnership with Mexican-born Chef Rafael Covarrubias, Executive Chef at Hexagon, for an exciting wine pairing experience. Allow Chef Rafa to indulge your senses with an elevated take on classic dishes celebrating his heritage; from the bright seafood of coastal towns to traditional mole learned on missions in Oaxaca. Carefully selected wines will enhance and complement the beautiful nuances found in his authentic Mexican fare.
