Cave Spring winemaker Gabriel Demarco is teaming up again with The Culinary Studio to celebrate the 2021 Holiday Season.  Gabe has chosen two of his favourite seasonal wines to be paired with two festive courses by chefs Jody O’Malley and Kirstie Herbstreit.

Enjoy the adventure of a hands-on cooking class from the comfort of your own kitchen. Jody and Kirstie will take you through a step-by-step preparation of their delicious dishes, all with a relaxed, interactive approach. Meanwhile, Gabe will chime in from his home kitchen to discuss how a great food and wine pairing can heighten your culinary experience, bringing you an informative and entertaining evening in the comfort of your own home!
