Set within our century-old cellars in historic Jordan Village, this in-depth tour and tasting is dedicated to Cave Spring Vineyard’s iconic La Penna. Through a curated vertical tasting flight, explore how this benchmark wine evolves across vintages while expressing the distinct character of the Beamsville Bench.

Along the way, discover the story of Cave Spring Vineyard and the sustainable vineyard practices that shape our terroir-driven wines. The experience concludes with a tasting of limited-release back vintages of La Penna, available exclusively for purchase following the event.
