Join Helena McKinney, owner of In Fine Feather Yoga & wine enthusiast for the summer solstice and our 4th season of Yoga in the Vineyard at Redstone Winery located in Beamsville, Ontario. Be guided through a 45 minute gentle flow yoga practice while overlooking the gorgeous terroir. Following class guests will receive a complimentary glass of Redstone wine and learn a little about the viticulture practices at the winery. We will tour the vineyards and share a light picnic style snack. Redstone Winery was established in 2015; is farmed organically and the wines are produced organically. Explore the unique wines at Redstone and receive 20% off retail bottle purchases.This class is beginner friendly and for students of all levels. Students should bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, towel and any props they need for practice.
