On Saturday, July 4, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening set among the vines, as we celebrate four decades of winemaking.The night begins with a sparkling wine reception and canapés, offering time to wander, connect, and take in the breathtaking beauty of the Cave Spring Vineyard. From there, guests will be welcomed to a long-table, al fresco dining experience – an elegant three-course menu in collaboration with the celebrated culinary team at Fat Rabbit. Throughout the evening, enjoy live music and a specially curated selection of current releases alongside rare back vintages from our cellar, wines that speak to the depth and history of the our estate. All winery principals will be in attendance, making this not only a celebration, but a moment to share in the story behind each glass.
In the event of inclement weather, the evening will be hosted in The Barns @CSV. Advance booking required. Cancellations accepted up to 10 days prior to the event.
