Join us at Château des Charmes for an elegant spring evening celebrating the timeless partnership of wine and cheese, hosted in collaboration with Afrim Pristine (Co-Owner of Cheese Boutique), Canada’s foremost cheese expert and Certified Cheese Master.
Guests will mingle and savour a curated selection of Château des Charmes wines, including traditional method sparkling wines, paired with exceptional cheeses from France and Canada—from Sparkling Rosé with Brillat-Savarin triple cream to Riesling Icewine with Bleu d’Auvergne, panettone, hot honey, and dark chocolate.
The evening begins with a relaxed wine and cheese reception, followed by an engaging seminar led by Afrim, exploring cheese styles, origins, and the art of pairing.
