Our beers are aged in oak barrels that once held wine and refermented on locally grown whole fruit. The character of our house barrel culture coupled with the refreshing acidity of fruit weaves together old and new, creating elegant beers of depth and nuance.
We acknowledge that our wineries and vineyards are on the traditional territories of the Anishinabewaki, the Attiwonderonk, the Haudenosaunee, the Mississauga and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Ojibwe, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi People. As guests of this land, we thank Indigenous Peoples for caring and protecting the lands and waters on which we work and live. In the spirit of peace, friendship and respect to all Indigenous Peoples who have and continue to live and work on these lands, we will continue to honour this place we call home.
