This Valentine’s week, treat your loved one to a romantic dining experience at The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates. Available from February 9th to 15th, this specially curated tasting menu showcases seasonal ingredients and Chef’s refined culinary techniques. Enjoy a four- or five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, both available throughout the day. In the evening, the five-course tasting menu is exclusively offered for dinner.

Each course is carefully paired with VQA wines from our Peller Estates portfolio alongside wines from our sister wineries, thoughtfully chosen to enhance every dish. Menu highlights include Executive Chef Parsons’ Lobster and Zucchini Cannelloni and Prosciutto-Wrapped Black Truffle Squab Breast, among his other inspired creations.
