The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration (i4C) returned to Niagara this summer, marking a milestone for the region’s signature grape. Editors and contributors reflected on standout Chardonnays, vineyard tastings and engaging programming that highlighted both the elegance and diversity of cool-climate styles. With more than 60 wineries participating, i4C25 demonstrated why Ontario Chardonnays continue to captivate wine lovers and earn international acclaim.
