Unwind at Thirty Bench Wine Makers on select Sundays this summer with the return of our popular Bend with Bubbles – Yoga in the Vineyard. Now in our fourth year partnering with MomsNiagara, we invite you to start your morning with a 45-minute guided yoga session led by Andrea France, a Niagara-based, award-winning instructor known for her vineyard classes across the region since 2020.
After your stretch among the vines, treat yourself to a glass of our favourite bubbles – VQA Thirty Bench Sparkling Riesling – or a mimosa, along with a delicious pastry and fresh Niagara fruit with whipped cream from Beamsville Bakery. It’s the perfect mix of stretching, sipping, and unwinding – right on the Bench.
Yoga will begin promptly at 10:30 am, we kindly ask that you arrive early to allow time for check-in and getting settled. This is a +19 event.
