This New Year’s Eve you won’t want to miss our Trius Red Gala!
An elegant dining experience in our underground Trius Red Barrel Cellar. You will be greeted with a house cocktail on arrival to prepare your palate for a delicious meal. You’ll then be seated at a communal table and served a 4-course meal prepared by Chef Frank Dodd and his culinary brigade, along with wine pairings selected by our in-house sommeliers. The first three courses will be served in the barrel cellar, and the dessert course will be served reception style inside of our climate-controlled Vineyard Pavilion. During our post-reception, groove to the tunes or cozy up beside a wood fire (weather permitting) and enjoy Hot Chocolate from Chef Dodd with icewine (2oz per person) selected by our sommelier before we countdown to 2025 with a Trius Brut toast.
