Join Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team for an Exclusive Pairing Experience “Tour of Burgundy” dinner. Experience wines from our Andrew Peller portfolio made from the grape varietals of the famed Burgundy region of France, paired with a five-course culinary event.
The dinner will be hosted in our Private Dining Room. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Peller Estates Signature Series Ice Cuvée. You’ll be seated at a communal table and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with delicious wine pairings. Our chefs will introduce each course and a wine expert from our restaurant team will introduce each pairing.
