Join us once a month for our Chef’s Exclusive Pairing Experience, hosted in the Private Dining Room at The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates. This interactive evening begins with a glass of our award-winning Ice Cuvée sparkling wine, followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings inspired by the season’s theme. Some dinners see the cuisine guiding the pairings, while others allow the wines to shape the menu, featuring exclusive Peller Estates VQA wines and occasional treasures from our sister properties.

Taste premium wines from our award-winning vineyards on both the east and west coasts. Each course of this five-course dinner will feature a blind pairing of two wines – one from Niagara and one from the Okanagan – showcasing the unique terroirs of each region. Alongside Peller Estates VQA wines, you’ll enjoy selections from our sister wineries in BC, including Black Hills, Gray Monk, and Red Rooster, all thoughtfully paired with an east-and-west-coast-inspired menu.
