The nose is bright with green apple, lime, honeysuckle, and grapefruit with nuances of river rocks and lanolin. The palate shows off crunchy green apples, key lime, ginger, grapefruit and kiwi with a nice minerality. It’s off-dry with a fine line of acidity, creating the perfect balance to enjoy.
