Over the last 12 months, the team has tirelessly renovated the winery to create a new space that combines the best in luxury, hospitality and education. 

I’m pleased to invite you to join Executive Chef Tim Mackiddie and myself at Flat Rock Cellars for this one night only culinary journey. This is so much more than just dinner, it’s an opportunity for me to welcome you into our newly completed hospitality space – The Observatory.

The progressive multi-course dining experience features gourmet dishes served with wine pairings in various picturesque locations around the winery. This gastronomic tour will have us enjoy courses in the crush pad and barrel cellar among other locations before sitting in The Observatory to savour several courses while overlooking the vineyards with Lake Ontario in the distance.  

Chef Tim and I will take you through each course, describing how it was crafted to accentuate the wine’s sense of place. Since this is our first time, I’ve decided to go into the cellar and selected a few of my favourite back-vintages to pour alongside our award-winning current releases. 

Mingle and dine with other lovers of Flat Rock, share your passion for wine, and make memories with us. I look forward to sharing this special occasion with you.
