2018 Civility Chardonnay

Our civility Chardonnay is a small batch barrel selection showcasing our finest Chardonnay every vintage. The fruit is hand picked and whole cluster pressed straight into French Oak barrels where it undergoes wild fermentation. Left on lees and stirred through the winter, this unfiltered wine delivers notes of ripe melon and a textured palate with length on the finish.
