2017 Baco Noir
A deep black colour fading to a brick red rim with notes of cherries, leather, and eucalyptus, on the nose. Cherries, vanilla, green peppers, on the palate combined to give a smooth long lasting finish. Pairs well with BBQ and Burgers; the more intense the flavours of the food the better.
