2021 Syrah

Dark opaque with a dense purple hue. Violets, blackberry, and cocoa on the nose with typical black pepper and dark berry fruit flavours. Medium to full bodied with firm but supple tannins and balanced acidity driving energy and impact on the palate. While now drinking well and fully accessible, the wine remains youthful and primary, and will reward cellaring for 3 - 5 years, and likely many more.
