An outstanding 50/50 red blend made from the best Ontario Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Medium to full-bodied and bursting with blackberry, blackcurrant and cassis flavours and aromas. Patient aging in French-American oak barrels has imparted cedar, chocolate, vanilla, coconut and spice notes.
