2023 Canadian Oak Chardonnay

Oh Canada! Proud to be local, this wine is made exclusively from our own grapes, fermented by ‘wild’ yeasts indigenous to our vineyard, and matured in barrels made from Brantford’s oak trees. The resulting wine is rich and buttery and full-bodied. Roast a bird and pour a glass!
