The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration is a unique festival held annually in Niagara’s wine country. In this segment, Suzanne Janke from Stratus, and chef Tim MacKiddie from Smoke and Barrel speak to the premium VQA wines and inaugural happenings at this years celebration.
