Those of us who love white Burgundy are limiting ourselves by conviction that only Burgundy – and therefore only Chardonnay – can create the dry white wine of our dreams. It’s time for us to think again.

As guests of this land, we thank Indigenous Peoples for caring and protecting the lands and waters on which we work and live.
