This aromatic sparkler is a treat on the nose and palate. Made with The Roost's Siegerrebe, an aromatic German varietal that (to our knowledge) is grown nowhere else in Ontario. Sekt is the German term for a sparkling wine, so we're getting straight to the point when we call this Sekt in a Bottle. Despite the big nose of lychee and tropical fruits, this is a surprisingly dry wine that keeps you coming back for more. Made in the charmat method with an early secondary fermentation to preserve the aromatic nose.
